An Exciting Opportunity for our Players!

We're excited to offer Little League Travel Ball to our families. This program is designed to provide families with an affordable and competitive alternative to traditional travel ball. Offered by Little League International (LLI)and organized at the district level, this initiative gives players the chance to elevate their game while staying rooted in the values and community spirit that makes Little League so special. 

But let's be clear - this is NOT traditional Travel Ball. This is an official Little League program, focused on enhancing skill development and competition while maintaining the structure, affordability, and accessibility that families love about Little League. It’s designed to complement our regular season, offering players the opportunity to grow and challenge themselves in a supportive and community-centered environment.

Participation in the travel ball program is entirely optional for families. To be eligible, players must be enrolled with Greater Hudson Little League for the current season. This ensures the program stays rooted in the values and benefits of our regular recreational league.

For players looking to participate:

• They must try out for the travel team, and a spot on the team is not guaranteed.
• If selected, players will be part of two teams: their regular season team and the travel team.
• A separate registration fee will be required for the travel team. 

This program is designed to enhance competitive opportunities for our players, not replace the value that Little League provides. It’s an opportunity to challenge themselves while still benefiting from the community, affordability, and focus on development that Little League fosters.
